Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Protection is an optional service available at checkout that provides additional support and a streamlined claims process for eligible orders that are lost or damaged during delivery.
Customers who choose Delivery Protection receive:
