We currently ship within Australia only.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Standard Shipping

• A$9.95 on orders under A$75
• Complimentary shipping on orders over A$75
• Complimentary shipping on all Gift Sets

Estimated delivery is typically 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery to regional and remote areas may take longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns

We want you to enjoy every Soluscent purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@soluscent.com and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue. We'll review your claim and arrange an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

Due to the nature of our home fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Personal fragrance preference
• Opened or used products
• Gift purchases that have already been delivered

This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product has a major fault or does not meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with Australian law.
